CAT is an integrative therapy which draws on a range of psychological theories.
In her CAT work, Natalie draws on ideas from a range of therapies, such as
CAT therapy is commonly 8, 16 or 24 sessions long, depending on the person’s needs and the nature of the difficulties that brought them to therapy.
Sessions can be offered in person in her Psychology clinic in Stone, Staffordshire, or over the internet.
Wednesday and Friday morning appointments: Natalie offers Psychology therapy appointments/sessions in person in Stone, Staffordshire or online.
In person sessions in the outdoors are also offered, given her interest in the psychological benefits of time in nature.
Dr Natalie Southall has an interest in working with professionals, including health professionals.
She is also a trained Coach.
Dr Natalie Southall is a trained, qualified, experienced, private Consultant Clinical Psychologist, offering people high quality therapy for Mental Health issues.
She has extensive experience in Mental Health Services in the NHS, as well as in independent practice; private, non-NHS, therapy.
Dr Natalie Southall has been working in psychological services since 2004 and completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2011.
Check her registration as a genuine Registered Psychologist with the Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC) and is a Practitioner Psychologist with the Professional Standards Authority.
She has DBS clearance and is registered with the ICO.
