Dr Alicia Eccles is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).

She has over 10 years experience of working in the NHS, within a range of different services, including with people with both physical and emotional/ mental health difficulties, across the age ranges.

Alicia draws on a range of therapeutic approaches in her work, depending on what best fits an individual and their goals, including CBT, ACT, Systemic, CFT and Neuropsychological models.

She works collaboratively with individuals to develop a shared understanding of their difficulties.

She aims to provide a safe, warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space to reflect and explore together to make changes.

She has a down-to-earth style, tailoring evidence-based therapeutic approaches to ensure they are accessible and meaningful to the individual.

Alicia works holistically and integrates the biological, neuropsychological, social, and psychological factors as relevant to the therapy.

She works in a trauma-informed way; aiming to help individuals make sense of their life experiences and the connection to current struggles.

Alicia offers online sessions on Saturdays.
