Throughout my extensive career, I’ve assisted numerous clients in navigating trauma, anxiety, low mood, grief, and low self-esteem.
As a European Accredited EMDR Practitioner and holder of a postgraduate diploma in Compassion Focused Therapy, I adhere to the highest professional standards, regulated by the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Continuous training is integral to my commitment to expanding the scope of skills available to support those under my care.
My approach is rooted in meeting individuals where they currently are, facilitating an understanding of their challenges, and collaboratively forging a path towards a more fulfilling life.
Acknowledging the intrinsic difficulty in commencing therapeutic work, I provide a comfortable, non-judgmental space for exploration, grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

For your convenience, Dr Ann Kilanska offers online therapy, eliminating the need for travel, enabling sessions to be conducted from the sanctuary of your home.
