People often come to me feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or at a loss for how to change.
They leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, a clearer emotional map, and the tools to live more fully.
“Joe creates a space that feels intelligent, safe, and emotionally honest. I leave each session clearer, calmer, more myself.”
“I trust him completely. He’s confident, calm, and sharp—without ever making me feel small or judged.”
Therapy with me is collaborative, emotionally focused, and grounded in clinical depth.
I help people explore what sits beneath symptoms like anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, or persistent patterns in relationships.
I don’t work from a one-size-fits-all model.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a number of models based on your needs, including:
My role is to help you feel safer with your emotional experience—so you can explore it with more curiosity and less fear.
I work with adults experiencing psychological distress that feels stuck, complex, or difficult to name.
Whether you’re facing the fallout of trauma, emotional regulation issues, addiction, or long-standing relationship patterns, I offer therapy that helps you make sense of your experience—and shift it.
