What others have said about Dr Leah Wallach:
“Once again I can’t thank you enough for your candid approach and your insight. It re-awakened in me things I had forgotten and needed. I still now use the techniques you advised me to use and find them really helpful. My relationships are so much better and I feel more confident and happy in myself. Sessions with you really did allow me to reflect and understand more about myself and my relationships with others. The homework sessions were salutary and allowed me to practice what we had talked about and I gained confidence through this.”

“Leah combines empathetic warmth in sessions with a wealth of clinical experience.
She is unafraid to dig into root causes and wise enough to earn the respect of the most cynical patient. If you are a demanding client, looking for a serious therapist who is focused on outcomes, then she is perfect.”
***
“Leah is attentive, supportive, and caring. She equipped me with tools, exercises, and the reassurance I needed to better cope with my anxiety.”
***
“Everybody needs a Leah in their life. She helped me learn about myself in a safe environment. She is so easy and approachable. What I’ve learned in therapy has allowed me to pause and handle situations that are stressful for me much better.”
***
“Therapy helped me feel some contentment for myself I didn’t feel before and some ability to manage myself in difficult situations where I didn’t realise I had a limitation before. I have always been more critical of myself that others – now I am more accepting of myself, more accepting that what happened in childhood wasn’t about me, not thinking if I were better, people would accept me more. That’s not what its about. When I go down the hole of negativity I learned how to refocus, stand up for myself, look at myself with compassion.”
