What is the Range of Talking Therapies/approaches Offered?

Each Clinical Psychologist will aim to tailor what they offer to suit you individually, offering you bespoke input.

Independent Clinical Psychologists on this website are trained in a wide range of psychological therapies (e.g., CAT, CBT, EMDR, DBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), narrative therapy.

How do I Make an Appointment To See a Clinical Psychologist?

We currently have appointment slots available.

Therapy appointments are available right now. We offer help with many psychological/mental health problems; get help for depression, anxiety, panic, PTSD, OCD etc; your interpersonal relationships may also be affected; see example problems list here.

Remote online psychological therapy appointments and in person psychology appointments are available in some parts of the country.

You no longer need to search for talking therapy, therapy centres near me, counselling near me, or Cognitive Analytic Therapy near me. Online CBT and other approaches are offered.
